We can identify existing office space for lease or purchase and negotiate favorable terms on your behalf.  Our extensive experience in leasing commercial and medical office space allows us to negotiate the best possible terms for our clients.  In addition, we are able to expose the “hidden gems” – properties that are currently unlisted that we discover using our unparalleled network of real estate brokers and personal relationships with local property owners.

Since the landlord or seller pays our commission under a Tenant/Buyer representation arrangement there is no reason not to hire us as your representative – it’s free.

Build-to-Suit

Landmark Properties works with its commercial clients and investors to identify property to purchase under a build to suit arrangement. After purchasing the property, we work with the client to design and construct a building based on their unique specifications. The company then has several options: lease the building for a predetermined period of time while having an option to purchase the building at the end of the lease term, purchase the building upon completion, or purchase an equity stake in the building.

Exclusive Listing

Over the last five years Landmark has leased and sold more commercial property than anyone in this market. We take pride in being able to perform for our clients when the competition doesn’t.
