Scott Talley

Director of Sales & Investor Relations

A native of Valdosta, Georgia, Scott Talley moved to Athens in 1999. He enrolled at the University of Georgia where he studied communications, real estate, and economics. After graduating in 2004, Scott began a career in real estate with Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty. While at Coldwell Banker, Scott led the marketing and sales of several large condo and residential developments in the Athens area. In 2007, Scott earned a Broker’s license and began to move toward a commercial real estate career. Scott has gained valuable experience in financial services where he has also increased his knowledge of investments, insurance, and prospecting. Having lived in Athens for 13 years, Scott maintains an in-depth understanding of the Athens real estate market. He is an avid UGA sports fan and even claims to have a solid golf swing.
